Tulia Via was founded to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to pharmaceutical and biotech quality challenges, supporting organizations navigating GxP and regulatory expectations..

After more than two decades working across development, manufacturing, and GxP quality leadership roles, I saw first-hand how complex quality systems can become — especially for lean, fast-growing organizations. Too often, quality feels heavy, overly complex, or disconnected from day-to-day operations.

Tulia Via exists to change that.

My Background

I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, spanning the full product lifecycle — from early development to commercial manufacturing.

My background includes roles in:

• Solid oral dosage form Development and Production

• Biotech drug substance manufacturing Quality

• Supply Chain and Release Quality

• Operational Quality and Compliance for ATMP and mRNA vaccines

• Qualified Person and Responsible Person

I have worked in both local and global environments, supporting organizations of different sizes and maturity levels, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and European, Swiss and other Health Authorities — from my base in Basel, Switzerland..

This breadth of experience allows me to understand not only regulatory expectations, but also the practical realities teams face on the ground.

My Approach

My approach to quality is pragmatic, thoughtful, and people-centered.

I believe that effective GxP Quality Systems should:

• Be compliant and workable

• Support teams rather than overwhelm them

• Scale with the organization’s growth

• Enable confident decision-making

Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, I work closely with each client to understand their context, constraints, and ambitions. From there, we build or strengthen systems that are fit for purpose — not just fit for inspection.

Calm, clarity, and trust are central to how I work. Quality should feel structured and reassuring, not stressful.

My role is not only to provide expertise, but also to help teams grow in confidence and autonomy over time.
